The Deep South Nashville, Tennessee office opened in the fall of 1996 and now serves over 185 Independent Agents throughout Kentucky and Tennessee.  As a full service office, Deep South offers Underwriting, Loss control, Claim, and Agency Management services to its customers.

Deep South's seasoned Tennessee professionals bring a broad array of industry experience to our agency plant. Each of our underwriters has more than thirty years of experience and has the ability to understand your needs in today's complex marketplace. We provide both monoline and package products, specializing in contracting, wholesale, retail, manufacturing and service related businesses. Our ability to write local and intermediate trucking business on a monoline basis gives us a unique position in today's challenging insurance environment.

Staff loss control professionals provide engineering services for each account placed with Deep South. Proactive loss control is a distinctive service provided for our agents and their clients.

Deep South is responsible for handling claims for those risks we insure, and our in-house claims department is recognized for its professionalism and prompt service. Our staff is experienced specializing in the casualty lines of coverage. Deep South's Litigation Management Program provides the best possible legal counsel that is available. The Company's Fraud Unit is instrumental in reducing payouts for fraudulent cases.
