The Deep South Nashville office opened in the fall of 1996. As a full service office, Deep South offers Underwriting, Loss Control, Claims and Agency Management services to customers. In April of 2007, Deep South became licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia expanding our market reach and ability to serve agents and their customers. Deep South's Nashville office now services over 300 independent agents throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Deep South is responsible for handling claims for those risks they  insure, and the in-house claims department is recognized for its professionalism and prompt service. The staff is experienced specializing in the casualty lines of coverage. Deep South 's Litigation Management Program provides the best possible legal counsel that is available. The Company's Fraud Unit is instrumental in reducing payouts for fraudulent cases.
