Contract with Deep South

Deep South is a national "full service" organization that writes and manages all lines of property and casualty insurance, uniquely delivered on a monoline basis, only to professionally managed independent agents throughout the United States.

Deep South is committed to meeting your insurance needs and exceeding your expectations. We provide underwriting, loss control and claims administration. We will continue to demonstrate the commitment and flexibility critical to relationships with our customers.

To Initiate the Contracting Process

The first step in the contracting process is to submit the Prospective Agent Information Sheet to Deep South. You may complete and submit the Prospective Agent Form using the link to the right to download the form, then fax the completed document to the fax number shown on the office locations page. If, based on our review of this information, we determine that we should proceed further with the contracting process, we will provide an application to be completed and returned to your office.

Completion of the contracting process will then be contingent upon our receipt and review of the following items:

• Completed Application

• Completed Bank Information

• Copy of E & O Dec Page

• Copy of All Licenses

• Physical Visit to Agency

• Review and Approval by Management
