Payment Options Deep South, as part of our mission, continually strives “to provide customers with unparalleled service” and that extends to the payment options we are able to provide agents and insureds. We are pleased to now be able to offer several electronic payment options, with no additional fee. In fact, there are two additional payment options available to you, including one time ACH and one time credit card payments. The process for establishing one of these payment options is very straightforward; open and print the appropriate form, complete it and fax to Deep South at 888-258-6521; note that the fax number is also listed on each form. ACH Should you choose to make a one-time ACH payment, we must receive both the authorization form and a voided check or we will not be able to process your payment. The payment must be received in our office by 2 PM Central time in order for us to process the payment on that day. CREDIT CARD Should you choose to make a one-time credit card payment, the credit card form can be received up to 4:45 PM Central time; payments will be charged that same day. Should you desire to change the electronic payment option initially selected, please provide us with a minimum of 30 days notice of your intent.
